Once you have successfully made payment, your receipt will be shown on your screen. You may also check your email to view the receipt which is automatically sent out within 24 hours. The receipt will contain information that you have provided such as, but not limited to, billing address, purchased item/s and its cost, and shipping fee.

Your transaction may be declined by your bank as some banks, by default, place a limitation on transactions made online. Just inform your bank that you will be making a transaction with us so that they will not block your transaction. After which, you should be able to proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, you can always use another card or try Paypal instead.
We only allow changes in order within 24 hours from the time of payment. Changes in order includes updating of shipping address, cancellation of order/s, adjustment in variant. After your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to your email along with your order number. A “delivered” package means that the mailman has left your package inside your mailbox, or sometimes with your neighbor when you are not around. If you have already checked and haven’t found your order, we suggest that you give your local post office a call and quote them your tracking number to get a more accurate update on your item.
As of this moment, we don't offer express shipping due to product and cost consideration. For United States orders, orders are sent via USPS. As for other countries, we use respective courier companies that provide online tracking. Rest assured that the product will be delivered within time frame.
